Highfield Farm Bed & Breakfast Booking Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Highfield Farm Guest Accommodation. We look forward to welcoming you. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us.
Please read our Terms and Conditions of booking below.
The price of the accommodation includes the following:
- VAT @ 20%
- Hot water
- Central heating
We require a deposit for all Bed & Breakfast bookings. The balance is to be paid on departure.
A deposit equivalent to the first nights accommodation will be taken at the time of booking. This will be refunded in full if cancelled more than 14 days befor the stay date. After 14 days this will be non refundable.
Card details are required to secure your booking.
Sorry, we do not allow pets at this property.
Acceptance of Children
We welcome children of all ages.
Cancellation and Insurance
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract.

We would recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover this cost if you at all concerned.
Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Your accommodation will be available to you from 4.00pm and 6.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms.
Late arrival procedure
Please ensure you contact us no later than 12.00noon on the date of arrival to let us know if you will be arriving late. Failure to notify us may result in the room being re-let or the full cost of the room being charged to your credit card.
Please note same day bookings can not be taken AFTER 4.00pm
Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. We will provide you with an invoice, payable on departure for any additional services you may have used during your stay. You are expected to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge you for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. If breakages are not reported and discovered after departure your credit card may be charged for the repair/replacement.
You will permit the owner, or their representative, at all reasonable times on upon reasonable notice access to all rooms to inspect and if necessary repair the property and in an emergency enter the property without notice to attend to a problem, repair the property or adjoining premises.
Noise & Nuisance
You must ensure that your behaviour is not considered a nuisance or inconvenience to others staying in neighbouring rooms.
We have a dedicated smoking area. All cigarette butts must be disposed of in the bin provided.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
We accept most credit cards. Cheques should be made payable to JSR Farms.
A high chair and cot (excluding bedding) is available upon request.
